What is your return policy?
I want you to be satisfied with your cap. If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive it. Just send me an email, and I’ll take care of everything.

You can pay safely and easily. I accept Amex, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How are your caps made?
Each cap is carefully handcrafted in my workshop. I cut the cloth, stitch every seam, and shape each piece by hand. I’ve been making caps this way since 1968, with the same steady care and attention to detail.
How should I care for my cap?
A well-made cap doesn’t need much to last. Keep it in a cool, dry place when you’re not wearing it, and give it a gentle brush now and then to keep the fabric fresh. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally. Simple care will keep your cap in good shape for years.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, I offer free shipping on all orders. Once your cap has been shipped, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
